SERVICES
Our co-director, JC Janse van Rensburg, who has been practicing as an attorney for more than 35 years and who served as President of the Law Society of South Africa, as well as Deputy Chairperson of the Council of Debt Collectors, specializes in the restructuring of body corporates with large outstanding levy amounts.
Our services also include:
- Assist Trustees in the preparation of annual reports if required.
- Assist with the amendment of Conduct and Management Rules if requested.
- All Annual General Meetings will be attended by a director.
- Should it be required, the director attending the AGM will be prepared to act as chairperson.
